That's so funny; I'm the same way. I'm 6'2" so everybody shorter than I am is normal, anybody who I'm looking in the eyes is tall and if you're taller than I am, you're a FREAK. I don't really have a gauge for what SHORT is supposed to be.

I think I understand what he’s TRYING to say here and, if you look at the policy, it removes the prohibition only if the applicant had committed beastiality as a juvenile. So I imagine that most youth who are doing this are coerced to do so by an adult.

Central California Coast. Salinas Valley, huge ag region. Monterey was the capital of Spanish Alta California and has a royal chapel. There are towns along the 101 that are 99% Spanish speaking and have been for generations. Steinbeck and Big Sur.
