Aerith #FF7 I don't usually join October art events because what I draw actually varies from time to time. Since October is my birth month, I'd like to draw characters I value in my life (maybe). I can't promise consistency, but I'll do my best.

I like seeing the dev of the SNES core on the Pocket actually telling one of these dudes off. Holy shit.

If it works, that's pretty cool; I didn't think
would ever see this implemented (I also didn't
expect LLMs to exist).
However, this is not something you can PR
here, or anywhere. You sent me a nearly 50k
line diff, unasked for, completely LLM built, and
you somehow expect me to review it. There is
SO MUCH unrelated garbage here. Never
minding all of the docs and Python, you've
somehow touched basically all of the upstream
HDL, which already had MSU1 support, so idk
what in the world you're doing.
This kind of behavior is not acceptable. You are
infringing on the time and brainpower of people
by pushing "your" content that little/no of your
brainpower went into; completely unrequested.
I hope for the sake of all responsible
maintainers that you do not do such a thing
again.
Again, I think it's cool that you and your LLM
supposedly got this to work. It has no place in
my world.

Have you noticed, lately, or noticed people around you commenting, that there just seems to be no money anymore. There's no money for companies to make the tv shows you like, the video games you like, the local diner you like shut down, no one you know can find a job. Think about that in context of

Something AI is responsible for that doesn't get enough talk: How, when it scrapes a website to illegally steal everything on it, it uses up a ton of its bandwidth allotment, crashing it or racking up massive fees for site owners.

As a UI/UX Designer, Game UI Database is a unique and valuable resource that has helped me and many, many other game devs. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: it's disgusting that all the hard work Edd puts into it is treated as fuel for the garbage machines.

I know most of you guys don't go on the other app but the pope posted an anti AI/ pro artists statement yesterday, and the ensuing cope and memes is really funny

Pope Leo XIV
@Pontifex

In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgent to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.

2016: I will never fight a holy war

2019: Pope Leo I am ready launch me towards the nearest data center

some AI guy saying he makes christian children's books with AI asking the pope if that is ok then and someone posting a meme react with the pope holding a baseball bat saying 'did I stutter'

A redraw that's about 27(!) years apart! I was putting houuurrs into Tekken 3, and at the time was excited about my local arcade getting Tekken Tag 1! I drew up the Williams sisters as Nina was my main and I always thought Anna was pretty. This past August, I finally redrew them! #tekken #fanart

A Copic marker illustration of Anna and Nina Williams based on their designs for Tekken 3. Anna is holding a few throwing knives while giving the viewer a sultry look while Nina is looking cold but damn if her 90s as hell make-up isn't looking fine. She has her hand on her hip as she is oft to do.

An illustration of Anna and Nina Williams that I drew in my junior year of high school with watercolour paint on...inkjet paper. I think I ran out of watercolour paper and used what I had, lol. Anna has her arms crossed and is looking rather disinterested at the viewer. Nina has her hand on her hip...I think? She's supposed to be looking cold but she looks more like she's about to roll her eyes and say something snippy.
