My birthday was on Sunday! I celebrated by taking myself out on a little date in Berlin and meeting up with friends for food & drinks. #GeminiSeason is the best! Feeling so much FLOW in my life right now. This photo is a throwback from a performance few years back in Downtown Los Angeles.

This image is a vibrant, abstract digital artwork filled with bold colors and geometric shapes. Here are some notable elements:

Background: A smooth, multicolored gradient that blends hues like yellow, pink, red, blue, green, and purple.

Shapes:

Large, semi-transparent circles and ovals in various colors.

A rectangular block in the center-right, transitioning from red to blue, with a vertical dark gradient bar connecting to an oval at the bottom—evoking the shape of a signpost or stand.

A rainbow-striped shape in the upper center, made of overlapping rectangles.

Sharp angular spikes in light blue and purple, possibly suggesting energy or motion, located in the upper right.

In the lower-left quadrant, there's a dark silhouette resembling an abstract or stylized character or figure, possibly robotic or armored.

The overall effect is dynamic and energetic, with a strong emphasis on color contrasts and layering. Let me know if you want help interpreting the visual elements or if you're thinking of using this style for a project.

My artwork Origins is being exhibited in Santa Fe, NM at Electra Gallery in a group exhibition featuring QUEER MYSTICS & WITCHES!
A digital abstract artwork titled Origins by Edgar Fabián Frías. The image features a series of gradient pyramidal shapes in grayscale, creating a geometric, illusionistic effect. The central forms have a soft, shadowy depth, evoking a multidimensional space. The gradients transition smoothly from white to black, producing a sense of movement and dimensionality.

Lady of the Lake at Echo Park in Los Angeles. Please leave your prayers and petitions below 👇🏼
A stone statue of a woman with raised hands stands on a pedestal in the foreground of a sunny park scene at Echo Park Lake in Los Angeles. The statue faces the lake, where a large fountain sprays water high into the air. Behind the lake, palm trees line the park and tall city buildings are visible in the distance. Two people sit on benches nearby—one in an orange shirt and another wearing a wide-brimmed hat. The sky is clear and bright blue, suggesting a warm, sunny day.

So grateful I got to see @anthonyhurd.bsky.social’s GORGEOUS exhibition in Los Angeles yesterday at @thinkspace-art.bsky.social!
The installation feels intentional and reverent, with equal spacing and eye-level hanging.
	•	The central bench invites viewers into reflection and rest—positioned for meditative viewing.
	•	The lighting and white gallery walls highlight the saturated palette without distraction. Two men, holding each other in an intimate, synchronized dance, are surrounded by a desert landscape and agave/cactus forms. The body language suggests vulnerability and mutual trust.
	•	Themes: Queer masculinity, Latinx/Chicanx identity, nostalgia, public intimacy.
	•	Palette: Muted yet warm sunset tones—reds, oranges, and violets. This image of two men draped in a blanket conveys profound tenderness and care. Their postures—one leaning on the other—evoke themes of support and shared softness.
	•	Visual Language: Quilt-like abstraction in the blanket hints at home, belonging, and ancestral memory.
	•	Backdrop: Horizon lines and diagonal color fields echo both sunrise and sanctuary. Two women kiss gently in an interior-like setting with vibrant, color-blocked geometry behind them. Their fashion (vintage-style dresses) and the composition’s symmetry feel ceremonial.
	•	Notes: This may be a re-centering of queer femme elders or matriarchs—interweaving desire, love, and cultural heritage.
	•	Lighting: The yellow triangle beams behind them almost function like a spotlight or divine blessing.

A vibrant, abstract digital artwork titled Protective Spirit. The composition features sharp, layered geometric shapes in bold neon hues—magenta, cyan, lime green, red, and purple—interwoven with curved, glowing lines that resemble energetic trails. A central rainbow-colored vortex pulses outward, surrounded by symbolic elements: a fiery sunburst at the bottom, a floating Earth-like sphere at the top, water droplets on the left, a feather on the right, and flashes of lightning. The piece evokes a sense of dynamic protection, elemental balance, and spiritual power.

Good morning beloved friends 👽🙌🏼✨
The image shows a surreal meme with bold text at the top reading "THEY HAVE RISEN." Below this text is a composition featuring two purple alien figures with large black eyes standing on either side of a pink-tinted Egyptian pyramid. Behind the pyramid is an image of Earth as seen from space. The entire image has a vibrant pink/purple gradient background, giving it a vaporwave aesthetic. The aliens appear to be making gestures with their hands toward the pyramid and Earth, suggesting some kind of extraterrestrial intervention or arrival scenario. The image combines elements of alien conspiracy theories, ancient astronaut theories, and internet meme culture.

Really wish this was required reading for everyone!!
The image shows a book cover titled "The Sexual Politics of Meat: A Feminist-Vegetarian Critical Theory" by Carol J. Adams. The cover has a red background with gold and white text. The design features an illustration of a nude female figure with labels marking different cuts of meat on her body (such as "rib," "rump," etc.), similar to a butcher's diagram. There's also text that reads "What's your cut?" next to the illustration. The cover art appears to be making a visual statement connecting the objectification of women's bodies with meat consumption, which aligns with the book's feminist-vegetarian theoretical approach.

Just created this abstract artwork. Curious what you would title it.
This image is an abstract digital artwork featuring vibrant, gradient color fields divided into sections. The composition includes:

- A large translucent green and purple sphere in the upper left quadrant that blends with the background colors
- Distinct geometric sections with bold color transitions including magenta, yellow, blue, cyan, and orange
- Soft, flowing gradients that create a sense of depth and movement
- Angular blue shapes in the lower right corner
- Green leaf-like or wing-like forms in the bottom half
- A black shadowy element in the lower portion

The overall aesthetic combines bright, saturated colors with soft transitions and sharp geometric elements, creating a contemporary abstract digital composition with a dreamlike quality.

The image shows a person wearing traditional jewelry and a head covering against a bright green and purple gradient background. The text overlay reads: "WHEN SPIRIT KNOCKS, ANSWER" at the top, and "YOUR ART IS A SPELL" at the bottom.

This appears to be an inspirational or motivational graphic about creativity, spirituality, and artistic expression. The message suggests embracing creative inspiration when it comes to you ("when spirit knocks") and recognizes the powerful, transformative nature of artistic creation ("your art is a spell").

The vibrant colors and bold typography, combined with the person gesturing while speaking, creates a striking visual that emphasizes the importance of connecting with creative inspiration and acknowledging the power inherent in artistic expression.

A large yellow circle with purple dots around it
Multiple geometric patterns with rainbow colors
A black sphere with pentagram-like markings

Celebrating valentines tonight by seeing my partner’s band GYLT (he’s the drummer in the back!) play tonight at The Roxy in West Hollywood! 💗🥰🔥
This image shows a band performing or doing a soundcheck on stage at what appears to be The Roxy venue. The stage setup includes several elements:

- Three band members are visible:
  - A bassist on the left with what looks like a Gibson-style bass guitar
  - A drummer in the center with a red drum kit
  - A vocalist on the right standing at a microphone
- The stage has professional lighting equipment mounted overhead, with several pink/red lights illuminating the scene
- There's a backdrop consisting of both white and black curtains
- Multiple Fender amplifiers and other audio equipment are arranged on stage
- The lighting gives the scene a predominantly red/pink color cast

The venue setup appears to be professional, with industry-standard stage equipment and lighting rigs typical of an established music venue like The Roxy. The band members appear to be in a working/setup mode rather than in full performance, which aligns with this being a soundcheck.

Documentation of my performance at LACMA as a part of A Full Room in 2023. Featuring performances by Casey REAS, Lauren Lee McCarthy, Romi Ron Morrison, and myself.
It appears to be taken in an art gallery or performance space with hardwood flooring and white walls. There's an audience sitting along one wall, with various people of different ages watching something. The lighting creates a warm glow near an exit sign in the background.

The focal point of the image is a figure wearing a distinctive outfit consisting of a bright pink/magenta robe or dress and what appears to be a bright blue head covering or veil. They are standing in a way that suggests they're performing or presenting to the audience. A person in the audience is holding up what appears to be a phone, likely recording the performance.

The space looks modern and minimalist, with ceiling-mounted projectors visible, suggesting it might be used for multimedia presentations or performances. The composition of the photograph creates an interesting dynamic between the seated audience on the left and the standing figure on the right, with the warm lighting from the exit sign creating a dramatic atmosphere.

Really moved by Carolina Caycedo’s We Place Life At The Center exhibition at the Vincent Price Art Museum today. 😭🙏🏼✨
Image 1: "An art gallery installation featuring a large lime-green inflatable sculpture suspended from the ceiling with purple legs and red feet. On the wall, there are collage-style artworks with text including 'ABIF' and 'Las Piedras.' An orange platform with what appears to be paper objects sits on the black floor."Image 2: "A circular art piece made of intricate white and orange string or thread arranged in a radiating pattern against a black background. The piece is mounted on a wall and has metal clips around its circumference with blue thread accents at the edges."Image 3: "A detailed illustration mounted on a wall depicting a surreal landscape with a large moon in a purple starry sky. Below are solar panels, industrial buildings, bridges, and a polluted river. The scene includes a sectioned Earth globe and what appears to be mining or extraction equipment. The artwork seems to address environmental or industrial themes."A shield or teardrop-shaped artwork on a dark floor featuring various indigenous or Native American-inspired symbols etched or inlaid on a cream/beige surface. The symbols include a Zia sun symbol at the bottom, several celestial or sun-like designs, and what appears to be a turtle or ceremonial figure in the center. The designs are rendered in earth tones including browns, golds, and darker inlaid materials. The artwork appears to be drawing from Southwestern Native American iconography and petroglyph styles. it is made of seeds, stones, and flowers.
