Just finished Graham Greene’s The Quiet American (for work), and for fun reading Dead Beat, the latest in Leigh Bardugo’s supernatural #DarkAcademia series! 💙📚 #BookSky
The pale grey cover for “Dead Beat” shows a pale barn owl with its head tilted to one side, and its beak is clasped around the “A” in the word “Dead”. Beneath the author’s name is the declaration “the number one bestselling author”.

The cover of “The story of a new name” shows a black-and-white photo of a woman on a beach in a 1950s bathing suit. She is raising a scarf over her head which is blowing in the wind. This book is book 2 of the Neapolitan novels trilogy.
