Congratulations to the USA men and women's hockey teams. While I am disappointed that our Canadian teams didn't get the gold, I was pleased to see the USA men's team honouring Jonny Gaudreau and his brother. Nice to see it done with so much class. Well done

Here in Kelowna we continue to have mild weather. Barely any sand needed for the roads and they are already getting set for road sweeping. Who says Canada is nothing but a frozen landscape.

Just posting this one for fun. I normally only post my photos to Flickr but since I see a lot of others posting, why not?

So I had a decision today on my fantasy baseball lineup.. I had Muncy on the bench but Dave Roberts decided to rest both Will and Teoscar which left a spot open for Muncy. Talk about a stroke of luck Go Dodgers

There are two players in the Atlanta lineup today with the team's highest batting average amongst regulars. I know it is early but .222 is the best you can do. Go Braves #MLB #Atlanta #Braves

Just noticed that Yahoo Fantasy baseball have reduced their number of teams from 12 to 10. Not impressed. Anyone have a better site for baseball. I've sent them an e-mail asking for clarification

I figure on watching 1984 again. Should help me prepare for what's ahead Kind of a weird way to escape this dystopian landscape we seemed to have fallen into, by watching a fictional dystopian landscape.

So Yahoo Fantasy baseball has already started. Got my first team and scheduled for Monday, March 17th at 7pm PST. The team name is "Ball Hawgs". this is an on line draft (no money involved) and is a 12 team rotisserie. I hope someone from here joins up. Still got 4 more teams to set up

Joining here now but also a recent member of Threads. Not too impressed with it, as it seems too similar to Facebook, which I ditched many years ago. I hoping that we have some fantasy baseball nerds joining as that was the only thing on Twitter that was any good.
