So I made a Thai Currey Chicken Pot Pie with a Biscuit Crust tonight. Its amazing. My wife tells me that I am encouraged to make this again. Sadly, I have a lot of fun being creative, but the likelyhood of a repeat is slim!

A lot of boys grew up watching their Moms abused by their fathers. I loved my Mom and went nose to nose with my Dad in my teens over his treatment of her. He chose a different path when I was around but it did not change her reality. Loved my Dad, but I was glad that Mom got some years of her own.

I am making a chicken potatoes with a biscuit crust, but with a twist. Instead of cream I am using coconut cream and instead of traditional herbs I am using curry. I am thinking this has the potential to be brilliant! More to follow!

Old people should be banned from elected office. The young folks who will need to live with our decisions need to be in the driver's seat. We had our turn. Mandatory retirement at 65 seems reasonable. Elders do not have to be in office to provide experience and support.

I had to make a run to Vancouver to deliver a project update. Total fuel cost was $34 Canadian. If I was still running my ICE pickup it would have been close to $300. Yes. I made a good decision to shift to electric.
