Veg cottage pie underway. No particular recipe. Sofrito base. Red wine, veg stock, tomato puree. Thyme and bay. Puy lentils and cannellini beans, meat free mince, sprinkling of nutritional yeast and Henderson's. Hoping it'll work - smells good so far.
