My Kingdom for a kiss upon her shoulder 😭

A modern classic and a soul gone too soon. Jeff Buckley - Grace, 1994. The way Jeff left us was a tremendous shock for me, taken by a river and never seen again #np #NowPlaying #vinyl #MusicSky #JeffBuckley #OneAndDone

Elton John - Don’t Shoot Me…1972, includes the gorgeous ‘Daniel’ #np #NowPlaying #Vinyl #MusicSky #EltonJohn

One of Pete’s many Wah! variants…early Wah! was very decent, 1981, part of my art school education #np #NowPlaying #Wah #WahHeat #vinyl #MusicSky

For the most part, Ringo tracks on Beatles albums are skips or minimal interest but this was £3, has the book and is the only post-Beatles album with all 4 Beatles on it. It’s not bad #np #NowPlaying #vinyl #TheBeatles #MusicSky

Jon Lord, always partial to an orchestral collab, this is in the same vein as The Nice 💯 prog. A very early release on Purple Records (1971), Jon Lord - The Gemini Suite. Purple stalwarts Paice and Glover appear assisted by Albert Lee, Tony Ashton and Yvonne Elliman #np #vinyl #DeepPurple #MusicSky

Playing these 2 side by side. One is the 1973 tri-fold reissue and the other is the Limited Edition 1969 UK first press. I have to say the ‘69 is a thing of beauty and there is a mix difference on Eyesight To The Blind #np #NowPlaying #vinyl #MusicSky #TheWho #TheOoo

Let’s put Thursday to bed. David Coverdale’s first outing after Purple ‘White Snake’, 1977. The material here is very ‘bar room’ and predates the cock rock that personified the Whitesnake band #DavidCoverdale #np #NowPlaying #vinyl #DeepPurple #MusicSky

Back on my Free kick, Heartbreaker 1972, one of the two least good albums. Koss’s heavy use of flanger and other substances evident #np #NowPlaying #vinyl #MusicSky #Free

The mighty Humble Pie - Town and Country. A 1969 OG will cost a mint so this 1980s German press does very nicely #np #NowPlaying #vinyl #MusicSky #HumblePie
