Eddy @edantjam.bsky.social · 28/01/2026Muntons Craft Pale Ale malt (just used that as my base malt to give it try for a few months - slightly less extraction than MO, but tasty enough), I intended to use EKG but forgot to buy any so ended up using Apollo which was the best I had to hand - it was a bit of a day... I boiled 35l down to ~9l 110
