There is an #AuthenticityGap in corporate support for LGBTQ communities. When CLEAR and @mapresearch.bsky.social surveyed 2,500 LGBTQ people in 2023 they said that companies "actively" supported the LGBTQ community more than they said that companies "authentically" supported the community.
