I don't think he's an agent. I think being an agent means that that person willfully acts for their behalf. I think he's an asset. He's too dumb to realize he's easily manipulated and/or they have dirt to make him act as they wish.

I worked in Québec's elections today. I saw a young kid in a Batman costume come in to vote with his parents. (And there was a vote ballot for kids about jow to make the world better. "I try to be kind to others" is what won where I worked)

I hated Xenoblade Chronicles 2; different world, different setting, the blade system, uncostumizable characters(unlike 1 where we could choose the clothes and the appearance of the weapon), the environment felt small and uninteresting, the lack of the NPC affinity chart.
