updated sound transit 3 future map! now also in a nominally official design language

a redesigned light mode diagram of the full future sound transit 3 buildout in the seattle area, including the link light rail 1, 2, 3, and 4 lines, stride bus rapid transit, and sounder regional rail. each light rail station shows its numerical station code and the design language resembles that of official sound transit wayfinding.
