I was in London today for an appointment so I of course had to swing by @treadwells-books.bsky.social and left with some goodies including @rebeccambeattie.bsky.social's new book The Season of Frost and Fire and a signed copy of @hookland.bsky.social's Hookland Fragments ❤️

It's been a year since we lost Munchkin, who was almost 20 years old(!) when we said goodbye to her. In the mornings I still sometimes think I see her toddling around downstairs out of the corner of my eye - I will gladly accept a tiny old lady cat ghost 🖤

Saw people sharing posts by the "Smartphone Free Childhood movement" elsewhere and wow apparently they've put this gormless AI art (so diverse, too!) on billboards - plus ironically it was born out of a WhatsApp group. They eventually posted a statement in a comment and it sucks, of course
