The reclaim is done! 8848 encounters in Leaf Green. And he's freaking SASSY (my nature guess)! I love him so much! (Also, yes, my trainer ID is awesome. 😏)

My two shinies claimed for #johtojune hosted by the lovely @ghostixxplays.bsky.social Why, yes, I did catch Espeon in a Master Ball. No regrets. I had about 30 seconds before today's timer.

For my second Dream Team Quest hunt in White, my target was Tympole. However, I could not complain when I phased on Timburr after just 1,734 random encounters. #pokemon #dtq

Back in September 2024 I decided I wanted to do a shiny Dream Team Quest in my favorite generation. The first hunt was an immediate test of patience. 12,835 soft resets, over 230 hours, and 10 months later, I got my first shiny! #pokemon #dtq

2 - I nearly lost my mind when I found a shiny Pineco in Ilex Forest during Full Odds Showdown. After only 660 headbutt encounters. @shine-and-sketch.bsky.social

My first shiny ever was a Bidoof in my first play through of Pearl right after those games released. I believe my brother still has him on his Diamond save file. @shine-and-sketch.bsky.social
