One of the ladies who works at my jansou saw me doing my N3 kanji homework at the bar one day and came over to flex that she's passed the higher levels of this!! She was so proud but I didn't realize how much of an achievement it is, I need her to bring it up again so I can tell her she's 日本語上手 🤣

Michelin is so stupid because they require you to heavily limit how many guests you can serve each day. Most of the best resturaunts I've been to would be Michelin starred if not for the fact that they work incredibly hard to serve as many people in the community as they can every day.

This feels like a m&ms vs mini m&ms kind of question. I've never had takenoko but it seems like it would be a larger ratio of biscuit to chocolate like how mini m&m are a larger ratio of candy to chocolate

the only videos worth anything are when someone asks if a vendor has a specific card and regardless of if they do/don't, the person then pulls out a binder with dozens and dozens of pages full of hundreds of that one card. usually they'll just get more copies for free from people around them
