Another ideal tree for me. From my "Trees I'd Climb" collection of photo finds around the internet. I'd happily climb up and hang out on the Tree of Life located in Audubon Park, New Orleans, LA. No photo credit found. #photo • #photograph • #tree • #treeoflife • #nature • #NewOrleans • #nola

Meet Pebbles. Inside: extremely loving, a licker and has an oh-so-sweet meow. Snores...like pretty loud! Outside: territorial, a huntress, a vicious terror toward other cats. (Pebbles and her sister, Gabby, were born the day after Christmas in 2018.) 🐈 #cat • #catpic • #CatsofBluesky

“Any better ideas?”

“When I had oesophageal cancer in 2022, you were kind enough to publish my letter about naming my tumour “Boris”, as an unwelcome growth that needed to be eliminated.

Well, I won that one, but now the gods have decided to bestow prostate cancer upon me. My shortlist of names this time around is “Donald”, “Elon”, “Vladimir” and “Nigel”.

Any better ideas?”

Cold temps forced me to pull my last remaining unripened Leutschauer Paprika pepper pods. Deseeded for next season's grow. Ate a slice and, to my surprise, 45 minutes later my mouth was still burning. Wasn't expecting much heat! 🌱🌶 #Paprika • #HotPeppers • #ChiliPeppers • #ChilliPeppers • #Peppers

This pretty cat has been hanging around my house for over a month. My cats chased her off. She was gone for a week and returned today. She hasn't been yowling. Maybe she's a spayed stray? I've been calling her The Newbie. Think I need to give her a proper name.🐈 🐾 #cat • #catpic • #CatsofBluesky
