Let's be clear: all we want from CBP, ICE, etc, is due process as required by the US constitution. Attacking and 'disappearing' people via racial profiling is a heartbreaking travesty of the law, and a betrayal of public trust. .. Esp since most of these people can't afford to fight back in court.
