Miss Cuddy III, a small surplus Coast Guard rescue boat converted to a tender for the owners of the Graves lighthouse in outer Boston harbor, tied up at its East Boston dock. The cover of the boat's orange bumper has been ripped off in several places showing the white foam underneath.
