Ok gonna share a worksheet my therapist gave me when I was at my lowest. Log each thought and go through these Situation: Thoughts: Emotions: Behaviors: Alternate thought: Is the thought Helpful/Unhelpful/True/False? It’s helpful to challenge the thought and find patterns in your thinking.
