Our new study found flavored tobacco contains significantly more microplastics (MPs) than unflavored. MPs were still present after smoking flavored tobacco but absent in unflavored waste. First evidence of MPs in Waterpipe tobacco—More research is warranted. www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti...
