The federal courts are hostages of the DoJ. The Judiciary should never be allowed to be taken hostage by the Executive Branch's DoJ. The Legislative Branch has basically bowed down to the Executive branch, leaving the Judiciary system bound and gagged with no way to enforce an order or sanction.
