So having watched Ongezellig I realised I am just a ftm version of Maya (in appearance and behaviour, which is both good and bad). I want to believe we have differences, like the fact that I am Chinese and Maya is Dutch-Indo, but out of curiosity, I doodled my sona with a bun and god dammit I am her

Sorry for the rant guys:
For reasons, I will not upload my face on the internet, but oh my god, why do I look like her. It's bad because this means I somehow fall into the "loser girl" stereotype, which feels my insecurities more. But then again, it gives me a bit of solace knowing that if people out there love Tomoko Kuroki or Maya Schoppenboer, perhaps I am not so much of a loser after all. Besides, I have a partner who loves me for who I am, so surely I am not that much of a hopeless freak? Idk. On one hand, it's nice to know that I fall into a stereotype that people love, but on the other hand, it confirms the fact that I am indeed a weirdo. The only reason why I even made my sona my irl self is because after my girlfriend and I watched Ongezellig, she compared me to Maya and said I should update my sona to look more like me irl, and said it's a good way for me to accept my flaws. Which is good, I suppose, I have had many close mutuals compare me to Tomoko and Maya after my sona got updated, which idk if it's a good thing or a bad thing? But it's probably my insecurities talking again. I am happy to be myself where I am in life rn, I just wished my mind wasn't such an emotional wreck because of the state of the world. It's why I even get so many mood swings in the first place, which doesn't help my case of falling into this stereotype, which further perpetuates my insecurities about my appearance and behaviour.
