A very hungover Walter Johnson was summoned on short notice to start game 4 today & Homes hammered him harder than he hammered the bar counter last night. Fortunately our bats kept rolling and Jose Fernandez was lights out in 5 innings of relief as we clawed back from 1-5 deficit to win 11-5.

Ahhhhh yes, the very best of the Classic League, when Hal decides to rest players who don't require rest, then start your 9th string bench option to replace them. The options are to only deactivate guys who you don't want appearing off the bench as a replacement 1. I forgot how this works.

Petaluma starts 2026 with a 10-6 victory over @eastpoint-elites.bsky.social Reb Russell gets his first win as a Privateer, allowing 4 runs over 6 1/3 innings. Privateers batted around in the top of the 6th and every member of the line up recorded either a Run or RBI in the inning!
