Back from Edinburgh Fringe #edfringe, lighter head, lighter wallet, 44 shows plus extras completed. Some real standouts, Italo Calvino's Invisible Cities is an amazing tiny gem, Damien Warren-Smiths "Too Clowns" was so funny, and such a risk. And Ham by Hotter Project, special.

Interesting interactive visualisation of the weight of all the bacteria, fungi, humans etc on the Earth biocubes.net (by @JohnsHopkins University)
An interactive visualization of the biomass of different biological kingdoms on Earth. The image shows a series of cubes, each representing the biomass of a kingdom: bacteria, fungi, animals, archaea, and protists. The bacteria cube is significantly larger than the others, indicating that bacteria make up the largest portion of biomass on Earth.
