It’s that day again. I get a lot Of satisfaction from my weekly bake. 50:50 semolina and wholemeal in my wide tin and a wholemeal in the smaller one. There’s not an aroma like it. 😋 All welcomed- bring condiments 😁

Semolina flour / multi seed flour mix this week. It’s probably the most delicious bread we’ve ever made. Must try not to eat it all in one sitting.

A long time stripping off old dark lacquer and removing old vinyl covering. Early 1960s chair that was my grandads.Nice to give it a new life. A first time attempt for me but I’m chuffed with the result
