iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

For real though! Season 4 will be crazy and tbh I already don’t blame Shauna’s constant crashouts because I know the media and everyone back home will be asking her about Jackie constantly.😭

Lol and yes I saw the clip the other day and both Sean and Courtney look like they’re trying so hard to hide what they know.😂

Agreed though! They wouldn’t have even built Jesse/Emily up if they were just going to do nothing with it. I’m going to go ahead and trust that the writers have more they will show with them soon!

Idk why but the Taken creep me out more than any other enemy type. Like I could handle all the Hiss, but the Taken always have me freaking out especially when they start whispering and it’s also the fact that you don’t know if they will attack you or not.🥲

I need to know more lore about Ahti. He’s so interesting to me.

Exactly! Exactly! They probably know more than they are allowed to say because of ndas and stuff, but I really do think we are getting something (I’m delusional too).🙂‍↕️

It’s so insensitive lmao. These girls are going to have the worst time when they get back from the wilderness with all the media and everything on top of all their trauma.💀

The cruelty of Alanis dedicating ‘Ironic’ to the surviving Yellowjackets. The unseriousness of it all.😭💀

Yeah, exactly! I don’t need any love triangles in these games. Jesse barely has time for one romance, let alone another doomed romance with a guy she is destined to get with, only to lose in every timeline anyway. Like just let my girl have one crumb of something stable with Emily.🥲

Which again I think it’s awesome and I do love how everything connects but I just don’t want Jesse and Dylan to just become overshadowed by all of that.

and I love Emily, Langston, and Zoe and all the side characters in these games. I just hope they don’t forget that some people play these games for these characters too and not just to see them involved with other RCU stuff.

I just hope with them wanting to expand the universe more the individual stories in the Control games don’t become overshadowed by that. I still want to see Jesse and Dylan’s individual stories and see them grow…

Oh definitely! Like I think it’s really clever how they can go with trying to use the QB characters but with their alternate versions and when done right it can be awesome.

I would not be against that lol. Also, to add to that on the board they showed in the Tim Night Springs episode it did mention Dylan, so…👀

doodled my 50ft Queenie 😭

Also, Remedy can’t really do much with QB because they don’t own that ip. So if they do this off-brand version of QB and ruin Jesse’s character in the process for some romance that barely even happened in QB I will judge them forever.

And you’re so real for that. It’s okay to want reassurance because queerbaiting has happened so much in the past especially with sapphic romances.😭

210

We really need that damn trailer! Why are they taking so long!☹️

000

I need to know as well! Like what made everyone finally snap with her? Maybe it is what happened to Hannah? Idk. Ugh my baby. I hope Lottie kisses Shauna’s owies better.😭

100

Yeah, and I get your anxiety too because I feel that every time I start to engage with any type of art that teases sapphic romances because I have been burned so many times in the past. But with Jesse and Emily it all feels so organic and real. I want to believe they’re not playing us.

And I will join you! Like I joke a lot about Shauna getting beat up but tbh I will probably cry watching them beat her.😭

Jesse Is not Beth. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.🙏🏽

020

They literally had Emily express her feelings. I don’t think Remedy would be this cruel to then separate them after all of that just for a man who Jesse would end up separating from anyways.

I want to believe they won’t go there but there is always a little part of me who expects disappointment because sadly it happens all the time in media. But the way they built Jesse/Emily in Resonant feels more than just queerbait. It feels real.

Also that episode basically says that they will always be separated no matter the timeline so idk…y’all. Just let Jesse live her life with the person she wants.

020

The people that keep saying that Jesse and Tim are destined to be together and that’s why Emily and Jesse can’t happen or w/e and it’s all based on a Night Spring episode that’s not canon…

230

This would be nasty and fucked up if they did that. I don’t think Remedy would build up a wlw couple only to then have Jesse end up with Tim because of destiny or w/e. Which is also dumb because apparently they always get separated on every timeline anyway.

LEAVE HER ALONE!!!

For real though! This is why their games are so replayable too because every time you go back things make more sense lmao.😂 I really hope they announce a dlc soon.😭 I think if we get some we will get one that continues Resonant’s story and one that will probably tease AW3.

Like it’s way the girls co-opted her two biggest losses and like I honestly would have been worse than Shauna.

Right!??? And like yes she was so protective of her baby. She kept moving him because she didn’t trust anyone near him because of how weird people acted about him. It was her baby her grief and it felt like no one took any of what she went through seriously.
