For the past several weeks I've had the privilege of hosting a family of barn swallows on my front porch. For 4 days now they've been leaving the nest for flying lessons and field trips with their parents. Yesterday, two of them decided to journey down from the nest to sit on my porch chair.

Great idea! Here's the email I sent with the subject line: Five accomplishments:

List of 5 accomplishments:
1. Attended a great protest rally on Monday with my sign "Fire Elon Musk"
2. Put in about 10 hours of work for Blue Voter Guide
3. Posted numerous times on Twitter and Bluesky about the lying and corruption that has taken over our government.
4. Forwarded information to all of my friends about steps that can be taken this month and next to fight back against fascism.
5. Achieved my exercise goal because unlike the poor drudges that work for Leon, I do have some free time.

Hope this helps generate some ideas for the poor sods that are tasked with reading this (poop emoji)

If you live in northern Arizona, please join this protest at noon on 2/17 at Flagstaff City Hall to protest the dismantling of federal programs, grants and the firing of Federal employees. Our public lands are being eyed for exploitation, including several here in the SW.
