1. Since 6th grade in 2005. I ran in high school & college & then took about 10 years off. I only started running marathons & long distances 2&1/2 years ago. 2. If it’s not too cold then outside. Otherwise, I’m stuck on the treadmill. But it’s when I catch up on TV shows. Haha ngl.link/e1g3n

Daily bedtime post! Today is World Narcolepsy Day. Living with Narcolepsy hasn’t been easy. But the last 2 years, I really felt like I had control of my life back. I run/exercise every day. I rarely take naps & I’ve been good at keeping a consistent sleep schedule. Night everyone! 🥰

3rd day running after taking a week off since I’ve been sick (which is why I also haven’t posted in a bit. I’m still injured & my Sept. mileage has been disappointing. I don’t think a marathon will happen this year unfortunately. I’m going to focus on doing some 5ks & 10ks for now. It is what it is.

Unfortunately I’m still under the weather & I haven’t made it any better by running or going to the gym. I went to the gym today which probably wasn’t wise, but I hate not exercising. I’ve been running less because I’m injured. Shouldn’t have done that hill workout with the kids yesterday either.
