One of the benefits of the #omsystem with the excellent #olympus lenses is the ability to work handheld with long focus lenses. Forum member MJ224 is really practised at that and often uses the Pro 150-400mm f4.5 lens that has the inbuilt 1.25 Teleconverter His most recent post is this Red Kite
