SPARKS OF TOMORROW This one gave me my first time watching an early premiere for a show, and it really was fun to see all of these fun characters introduced back then! I just wish they were all working toward a plot that did anything for me. Absolutely worth a look for visual spectacle, though.

SAYONARA LARA Visually this has been phenomenal, and this was a highlight at the end of every week for the past few months. Great soundtrack, too. I loved this vibrant depiction of the world and the people who live in it. ... I feel like this could have used a bit more time to expand on itself.

I LOST MY BODY (J'AI PERDU MON CORPS) Visiting my Dad for the weekend, so it's Netflix Movie Time. We found a really good one! I was really impressed by the physicality of the animation, paired with effective, er, sound effects. Anyone who can make hands work like that must be French Jesus.

I learned that FFXIV on Switch 2 lets you use a Joy-Con as a mouse, independently from another controller. This is me walking around using a Pro Controller, along with a Joy-Con for camera movement.
