Maverick has never misbehaved in any of my or LOST instances and I had a serious talk with him after that shit happened. People make mistakes, people can change. If we don't reach people the hand, they drift off. I don't understand what is so controversial about this.

I think people are missing the whole point here. Nobody is defending him doing the nazi salute in that instance you were at months ago. People are defending event organisers' right to practice their own due diligence and also giving people a second chance.

A lot of things really get lost in the heat of the moment and get misconstrued because emotions are very high, if people can just calm down and sit down and actually back track things that were said and have that communication instead of witch hunting, i think the scene would be in a better place

I am aware of only one specific instance where he did that. Just FYI. I personally also have never witnessed him doing anything like this at any of the events that I hosted. There is a lot of heresy and exaggeration happening in echo chambers though. He'd be banned if he'd done that at my events

Thanks for de-escalating. The issue with the whole maverick situation for me is, that yes he did that, yes I condone it, but - and here is the issue - I tried to explain to Extroid in DMs the circumstances regarding him. That he is on the spectrum and does stupid stuff, but he is not a bad person.
