I read the Unveiling by Quan Barry. It's more on the literary side with keen observations and sharp wit, it's got arctic adventure, arctic disaster, abandoned hovels, old tragedies, and a fascinating cast of characters! #horror #winterhorror #horrorbooks

When he was sick, I had to give him daily meds. I gave him a treat every time, so he would also help me remember when it was med/treat time. Now, he no longer needs meds, but I am stuck with treat time under threat of death. #cats #catsofbluesky #catsky

Check out this review I got for my short story in the anthology "Crumpled" edited by @jylglenn.bsky.social! The whole anthology is full of gold and it's out NOW! #horrorbooks #horroranthology

A screenshot of a review that says "Song of the Summer by Dylan Wells, 4.5 stars. Short funny piece of horror fiction that effectively creates a sense of unease and suspense. The atmospheric setting, the intriguing creature design, and the suspenseful pacing make it a compelling read. The full story has the potential to be a truly chilling and memorable exploration of fear, survival, and the unknown. Good world building in a short time."
