Boulderfest 2026 has come & gone. Although I didn’t climb this year, I was more than happy to snap a few shots of the event. Great time. Would recommend. 10/10. #boulderfest2026 #utbanclimb #climbing #photography

Back at it again with a new bio update! I couldn’t be happier to announce that I’ve been promoted to Associate Lead Animator at #Gameloft Brisbane. The last 12 months have been nothing short of a challenge. We’re hard at work on Bluey’s Happy Snaps but there’s even more exciting things to come!

Huge congrats to the gang at 5Lives on getting #CozyCaravan into 1.0 & onto new platforms. It’s a massive achievement & I’m proud to have played a small part in the journey. To help celebrate, here are some anims I was able to contribute during my time on the project. #gameanim #gamedev #indiedev

Motherboard unexpectedly died on Thursday night. Initially thought the PSU had given out but after some sleuthing online, others have experienced the same problem. Luckily it’s just within warranty but I’m not hopeful for a replacement or refund. Guess it’s time for component shopping :/

We were lucky enough to catch #BearMcCreary ’s #ThemesandVariations tonight, & holy shit, the whole show was incredible! So many icon pieces from his prior work & some banger tracks from his new concept album #TheSingularity. Absolutely blown away by #BrendanMcCreary ’s vocals & stage presence!

A raw, heartfelt online screening honouring the unseen strength of those who care for our first responders & veterans. With your help, this doco can reach the communities who need this story most. Sound & Music by @soursquirm.bsky.social #CareForTheCarers #PTSDLoveStories (bit.ly/PTSDLoveStor...)

Loved seeing a public screening of #spacetimemovie, a locally shot & produced sci-fi epic, 10 years in the making, with @soursquirm.bsky.social (who also worked on the film). The crew & cast poured so much into this film & it shows. Only one more Brisbane showing on May 9th, so grab your tickets!

I've missed it by a few days, but last week was my one year anniversary at #GameloftBrisbane! It's wild how quickly it's gone by and all of the things that have happened during it. Here's to many more years of working with this incredible team! #Animation #GameAnim #Gamedev #Gameloft

A super fun green dyno over on Burrow. Took a few attempts but managed to get it before too long. Core’s feeling a sore after this one. #bouldering #urbanclimb #westend

Things got a little dicey at the top & my dismount was less than graceful but I managed to top that green climb on the comp wall 😎👉👉 #bouldering #urbanclimb #climbing

I have a few irons in the fire but nothing new to show right now. So here’s an older showcase anim that I’m rather proud of, for a Clank rig that I created using AdvSkel5. #animation #gamedev #gameanim #advskel5 #maya #ratchetandclank

Besides gamedev & animation, you’ll likely find me posting about some of my other hobbies, like bouldering, because nothing keeps the existential dread away like climbing some plastic rocks. Pt.2 👉🧵

The prevalence in games that are introducing player housing is no coincidence when the likelihood of people owning a home in this day & age has become so staggeringly low. Palia, ESO, Wayfinder & now WoW. We all want a place to call our own… even if it’s a virtual one.

This Kratos shot was one that I wanted to do since seeing the God of War 2018 reveal trailer. Looking back at it now, there’s loads I’d like to polish. It was also another rigging exercise, having rigged Kratos using Rapid Rig. #gamedev #gameanim #animation #kratos #godofwar #maya #rapidrig

Sadly, a lot of us said goodbye to 5 Lives Studios last September. It was an incredibly difficult time but thankfully most of us have landed on our feet. With that, I’m happy to share that I start my journey with Gameloft Brisbane as Animator III this week. #gamedev #newjob
