Some friends I will have in Juneau this weekend thanks to the kind folks at saturnstickers.com, it is delightful to use local vendors to produce high key nonsense
Three stickers: a lemon saying SUCK IT, a skeleton in a colorful blanket labeled GRUMPY, and a Greek vase with a butt and text NICE. OP’s hand giving a thumbs up.

I'm going to be at the library in Willamina, OR today for Free Comic Book Day from 12-4! I'll have my new risograph minicomic CEMETERY + a table of supplies so you can make your own minicomic/zine with just one piece of paper, and showing off how I make my lil hand-carved stamp art/linocut prints.
A risograph single page minicomic in neon pink and blue, featuring a skeleton looking at a cemetery gate and a crow saying "Let's Look!" Title: CEMETERY by Dylan MeconisA small linocut stamp/print in red ink, of two cats peeking out a window, with a gouge tool, ink pad and the stamp block overlapping the paper.

Once again @davidmalki.com and I will be embarking on EXPERT PANEL, an archeological dig into 1930’s gag panel cartoons, where we attempt to unearth the missing context of their ancient punchlines using only the power of our small, wet brains 1pm Pacific at twitch.tv/davidmalki
a graphic for EXPERT PANEL, featuring a photo of David and Dylan, and a cartoon of a weird French guy in a mask chasing a lady with outstretched hands.

I watched a few episodes recently after hearing it was a hit show based in portland.
The show highlighted how much portland has changed. I have been here nearly a decade and have seen no werewolves or leprechauns. So either this show lied or taxes pushed them out too.

The next time I get a note from an editor about a gigantic plot hole I’m gonna try using this line
Image from article on UCLA course created with AI “assistance”

Text:

The cover of the Al-generated textbook appears to have seemingly incomprehensible text elements,
"but they aren't a failure of Al," according to Elizabeth Landers, a graduate student at UCLA and one of the book's developers. "They're an intentional artistic choice that prompts students to question their assumptions about language, meaning and historical truth."

Hi everybody— I’m a cartoonist who makes graphic novels about dead people, nerds, and dead nerds. I enjoy unpopular pastimes such as font design, printmaking, yelling back at crows, being gay, and having children. I once rescued a Pusheen from the mean streets of Portland.
