I think coxed pairs might be the least efficient crew boat imaginable. Bigger boats definitely need a coxswain, but the guy in the bow of a pair could easily call commands like they do in doubles or quads. And as long as you're adding equal pressure on both sides, you're golden.

Every sandblasting setup I've ever seen is an encased unit with a thick glass window where the operator has to work with thick gloves mounted to the damn thing cause if you were to accidentally sandblast your exposed finger, then you no longer have a finger.

Sandblasting cabinet where a dude is blasting paint off some metal piece. He is wearing thick rubber gloves that are mounted to the cabinet and is operating the sandblaster while shielded by the cabinet and a window.

I like this detail of Falco being the only one that personalized his ship besides Fox, selling their rivalry a bit more.
