In hospital again. 19weeks i had a massive anxiety/ panic attack. This time around the symptoms r the same, but the feeling of having a rhino sitting on my chest hasn't gone. The discomfort is unbearable. This is not how I pictured my Friday evening going. 1.35am now. Night all
