I'm about to make a slightly unhinged top for my mum's birthday (fabrics approved by her). I'm telling myself it's a wearable mock up and it doesn't matter but she has a tendency to actually wear these things out of the house!

Ways in which I have abused my dog this morning: Brushed her Used a deodorising spray on her. Brushed her again Used my iron (in the same room but well away from her) Sprayed water onto the fabric I was ironing (again, in a different postcode but apparently too close for madam). Call the RSPCA!

Any Animal Crossing New Horizons folk out there give me some ideas for my build? I have Nook's Cranny and Able Sisters next to each other. Made a petrol station in front of NC and a little sewing area with AS but I have bags of space left. Thoughts? Ideas? Theme: English farming village.

Dog days of spring. So dry and warm and very unseasonably summer-like here so far. There's been rain all around, apparently, but none here where it usually falls. It's uncanny and I don't like it and I'm having to water the garden myself (from a can using collected rainwater). Yay climate change!

In the UK you can dial 159 and say the name of your bank and it will put you through. No need to remember any other number. It's legit. My dad had to use it this week due to falling for an online scam.
