Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 08/03/2025Unisee, Bremen for today’s #Parkrun tourism Well worth the 05:30 wake up & 2.5h round trip from Hamburg. Very friendly volunteers and a scenic course. What more could you want 🏃 0100
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 23/02/2025Second half much better than the first & the draw a fair result I’d say 010
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 18/02/2025Blame the blue who gave them to him. Hopefully the club identify and give the appropriate punishment 010
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 14/02/2025I would be shocked if any City fans would take a draw against you. They should expect to win 000
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 13/02/2025Manchester City, who have won the league for the last four seasons, allegedly have lower standards than Liverpool. I’ve read it all now. 100
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 13/02/2025That’s your opinion. On the contrary I spoke with both Manchester United & City fans in work today who said their team would have done exactly the same in the circumstances. Perhaps Liverpool fans don’t hold the same passion for their team 100
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 13/02/2025This is the most perennially draining argument ever. The celebration police. It is a really good indication of how many football matches people attend though 100

Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 29/01/2025Absolutely delighted for Nicky Hayen. What an achievement for Club Brugge 000
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 28/01/2025DCL? The same fella who refused to sign for Newcastle when we needed the money (because they wouldn’t pay a ridiculous wage) and will now leave on a free transfer? 000
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 19/01/2025Haha alright “davison” fella. We won today. Try a smile for us 110
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 19/01/2025Fair enough. That’s your opinion you’re entitled to I don’t agree with calling people “bad gimps” for clapping a player who, as I’ve previously said, ran his body into the ground to keep Everton (who you support) in the Premier League. 130
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 19/01/2025Don’t agree with cheering but no problem with people clapping him onto the pitch. He ran his body into the ground to keep our club up 110
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 19/01/2025He played through huge pain and some grim injuries and kept us in the league. He’ll forever be an Everton icon. I didn’t agree with him getting a cheer but he deserves all the applause he got and more 000
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 18/01/2025Fortuna Düsseldorf & #parkrun tourism. (nearly) a perfect weekend 🇩🇪 090
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 17/01/2025Wait til you find out what the French press said when we signed Ndiaye! 020
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 17/01/2025Early start… Düsseldorf bound once again. Nothing but three points will do today #F95 000
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 14/01/2025Love watching Jamie Gittens play. Would love to see him in the England squad in the not too distant future 000
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 11/01/2025A fun morning at an incredibly busy Heaton #parkrun in Manchester; the only event that survived the ice between Anglesey and Sheffield. Huge thanks as always to the volunteers who braved the -7c! 090
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 10/01/2025Really, really pleased with David Moyes. A significantly more capable manager than Sean Dyche who deserves to see out Goodison Park and into Bramley Moore #EFC 000
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 07/01/2025Sadly I have no doubt it will. Just look at what Elon Musk has done to X - a platform where you can now pay to advertise and increase the reach of scams 000
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 05/01/2025Darren Bond should never referee a professional football match again. Embarrassing performance #FULIPS 000
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 05/01/2025Two blatantly incorrect decisions at Craven Cottage already by VAR. A clear penalty for Fulham not given and a red card for Leif Davis not given. Can see which way the people in charge want this game to go #FULIPS 020
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 04/01/2025If I was any Everton playing I’d be screaming at my agent to get me away from this shitshow 000
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 04/01/2025We’ve seen enough of Patterson previously to know he’s defensively suspect 000
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 04/01/2025Not disputing that but the alternative is full backs that can’t defend. Mykolenko is solid. Pocketed Saka away at Arsenal 000
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 04/01/2025It’s not an agenda. He just doesn’t trust them to defend and I’m afraid that’s his philosophy. I detest the manager but I’d have Mykolenko over Young at LB every day of the week. 200
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 04/01/2025More than happy with Mykolenko. Defensively very solid and the alternative is Ashley Young at LB 100
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 04/01/2025More #parkrun tourism this morning - Old Railway Trail in Llangollen. Four to go to complete my first alphabet, although it gets a bit harder from here 😬 0130
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 01/01/2025#Parkrun this morning - a first visit to Hyde very nearly missed due to congestion on the M60 Not normally a fan of 3+ lappers but absolutely loved this one. Mixed terrain, great scenery, undulating and wet and muddy. Will definitely revisit 080
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 28/12/2024You’re a tosser if you recline your seat on a plane. End of debate 000
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 27/12/2024I do like Broja but I’m not convinced he’s going to be as effective over 90 as he has been coming off the bench 200
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 27/12/2024Two very different players for me. I don’t think Digne is as good as Mykolenko defensively. Maybe he’s not worth the £20m we paid but he certainly isn’t our biggest problem at the moment 210
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 27/12/2024Think that’s entirely unfair. He was brilliant again yesterday aside from the penalty giveaway and pocketed Saka at Arsenal 200
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 26/12/2024C. Results were pretty good but without Pickford we don’t get anywhere near three points. 4.5 xG conceded over the three games 000
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 26/12/2024City were awful. Even the teams round us at the bottom like Palace would have won there today. Saved by a brilliant goal and penalty save 010
Dan @dw1878.bsky.social · 26/12/2024No credit to the manager there. Rescued by a Pickford penalty save and brilliant performance as well as a moment of magic from Ndiaye 000
