Since bsky is an open forum, we can't control who posts under some hashtags, to ensure you're only seeing the #DVpit feed try a multisearch of #DVpit + category/genre 1) All in quotes (no #): "DVPit YA" 2) Individual quotes: "#DVPit" "#YA" (capitalization does not matter when searching hashtags)

In addition to always including the #DVPit hashtag, we ask everyone pitching to always include a hashtag indicating the category they're writing in: Picture Book (#PB) Graphic Novel (#GN) Middle Grade (#MG) Young Adult (#YA) New Adult (#NA) Adult (A) Genre hashtags are encouraged as well!

#DVpit - Diverse Voices Pitch @dvpit.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Apologies! Here it is with alt text!

Q: Can I include a pitch deck, agent guide or my query as an image attachment to my post?
Please don't. The point of this event is to use the 300 character allowance to give a taste of your book in a quick and concise manner. If people are including their entire query/longer pitches or pitch decks/agent guides as an image, it bogs down the feed and doesn't allow agents to get through as many pitches during the event. We'd like to allow everyone a fair shot at making an impression.
NOTE: A pitch deck or agent guide is a text-heavy visual presentation, often a slideshow or series of graphics, that summarizes your story. It often has excerpts and longer pitches included as well as infographics.

#DVpit - Diverse Voices Pitch @dvpit.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

don't forget to include a hashtag for category and/or genre! It helps agents find your pitch!

Hi, no need to tag us! Just use the hashtags. We don't want your posts to come across as spam to participating agents!

#DVpit - Diverse Voices Pitch @dvpit.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

You can either do a reply or quote-post to support authors, but the regular repost function is meant for acquiring editors to show their interest in a project once it's agented! You can find more rules/guidelines here dvpit.carrd.co

#DVpit - Diverse Voices Pitch @dvpit.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Just a reminder, we ask #DVpit participants NOT to use agent guides. Everyone using 300 characters offers a taste of your book & ensures an equal chance for all. Additionally if some include pitch decks/agent guides as an image, it bogs down the feed. More guidelines here: dvpit.carrd.co#faq
