I wish there was someone in my early career days advocating for the gym, pushing me to build this habit. I was always more of a "cardio guy" just because it felt easier. Now I clearly see how the gym benefits everything else you do: padel, running, work, and day-to-day life in general.

I find using any SaaS via MCP is amazing. Saves you time, instantly gets you from A to B. Super efficient. It’s easy to connect it if you follow instructions, but somehow still feels like something very technical.

One thing which I can't accept in adult life: a complexity behind paying taxes. The whole concept of collecting shit loads of papers to confirm your income and expenses, looking for different deductions etc. I wish I just a receive an invoice from the tax office once a year and pay it.

One of the highest-ROAS things you can do: get a padel racket / running shoes / whatever your sport needs. I know that if I would not pick up gym and padel I would be sitting in front of TV with popcorn asking myself philosophical questions about my career instead of having fun building a startup.

Nano influencers are underestimated. A YouTube creator with 1000 subscribers today can keep bringing brands revenue for years. TikTok / Instagram partnerships don’t have that long-term effect. Working with several small creators is good diversification - and can still deliver solid short-term ROAS.
