I love song lyric translation so much 😍 The English lyrics don't have as clear of a rhythm because Arachne's singing them to the BGM with an unsettling, off-kilter vibe, but I like the more regular meter for the Japanese translation; these lyrics are so creepy-cute 🕷️💕

Arachne's song in English:

Started a new Hades 2 save file; I've been switching the language to Japanese now and then out of curiosity, and the localization team absolutely knocked it out of the park! Lots of smart, hard-hitting reformulations, and clever handling of tricky wordplay—it's really inspiring stuff 😍

Finally started watching Apocalypse Hotel; I love this sad robot girl so much <3 Also, there's great translation choices here! Yachiyo's lines when she's addressing the team have a nice sprinkling of corporate manager energy, and "Our only vice is service" is a clever handling of "おもてなしにはうらもなし" 😁
