There was even a case where a raped 12 year old (TWELVE!) was told she did not fight back therefore wanted it. Ever since 2011 I am LIVID. Contrast this case to the many rape cases where women are the victim and you'll see what I mean. The shame MUST CHANGE SIDES. Thanks for reading my rant. /end

In court, the victim was never asked what they wore. Why they got drunk. It was also never said that, because the victim was drunk, the fact they did not want it could not be provemn without a doubt (something that often happens in rape cases. You were drunk? Then you might have wanted it 3/8

The victim had been talking and laughing offered to bring them home. Then brought them to a park instead,raped them and left them there. In the courtroom, the jury needed five minutes to come to a verdict: the rapists were guilty. They got YEARS in prison without probation. 2/8
