So, part of my previous issues stemmed from, in part, a reaction I was having from the finasteride. We have since changed my entire treatment! 6mg Estradiol, 100 Progesterone, and that's it! The girls basically always hurt, I'm an emotional train wreck half the time, and I feel great all at once!

First day back from con where I felt good enough to resume my cardio. Did half an hour of intense beat sabering. Diet today has included a coffee, one bagel with cream cheese, a Muscle Milk Zero Shake with one tbs of fit pb powder.... Which equals out to 705 calories. We did about 450 calories
