I’ve finally looked at Saturn with my telescope last night. Sadly my phone camera through the eyepiece does not do it justice but still, it was amazing. Knowing that the light did not come from the screen, but traveled from the Sun to Saturn, then to my eye. Someday I WILL get a proper camera.

A small, blurry but recognizable Saturn glowing against a black background, with its ringed silhouette visible. Seen from Budapest on Oct 2nd of 2026, at 20:55. The image is blurry because it was taken with an iPhone 12 through the telescope eyepiece. Telescope: Skywatcher Mercury 707, AZ2 with 2x barlow lense and a 21mm Hyperion eyepiece.

Tiny Fox is quite displeased with today's course. When Mia cooks, there is no such frown.

Tiny Fox sits at a tavern table, looking deeply displeased at the broccoli placed in front of him. A dramatic beam of light shines down onto the plate, complete with little glowing sparkles, but even divine intervention can't make him reconsider consuming this treason of a meal.

Mia catching some Z’s with Tiny Fox. Halfway through it kinda became an experiment in shading, shadows and lighting. :D

Mia (my main OC, fox girl) sleeping under a bunch of pillows next to Tiny Fox, only her ears, hands, some hair and her feet are sticking out of the mountain of blankets and pillows. On the right side there is a lamp on the nightstand, illuminating the scene with a warm light from the right.

My first “proper” hand study. I drew basic shapes (mostly boxes) over hand references, then tried to redraw them from memory. After that I drew these, top 2 hands were made without references, bottom 2 were based on my hand. There’s definitely room to improve, but I’m not after hyper realism. :D

Hey @pikat.io, after 12 years of not drawing, I picked it up again 3 weeks ago. I borrowed Bunegg for my 2nd digital drawing, and I’ve learned a lot while making this one, so please give my thanks to Bunegg. :D This is my OC, Tiny Fox. :D PS. Your videos helped me a ton too, so thank you for that!
