I disagree somewhat, because I think it's more inhumane to keep a human being in confinement until they inevitably die. I believe in just punishment, because I wouldn't want the scales tipped otherwise for myself.

Reposting since everyone seems to think that having the life removed from their eyes is cute. I've held friends in my arms as they died. I really don't care about the reasoning outside of defending oneself; people who kill others in cold blood should have to relinquish their lives in turn. PERIOD.
