yea no shit newbies join and don't know what to do or what information to seek out when we as a collective present the game's genre dishonestly. no shit they try to play it as if it's a hero shooter and go 0-15 for it. this is going to make people bounce off the game.

jojo 🌻 @dungeonbbq.bsky.social · 10/10/2026

people keep getting on my ass when i deny that deadlock is a hero shooter but then every single fucking major update i see people be like "i joined a game and got yelled at for not knowing what i'm doing and i didn't even know what a moba was until 4 hours ago" and i get vindicated

elden ring had this bullshit with malenia and ds3 had it in lesser form with midir and those are relatively recent games. i know capcom can do something equivalent. please

i love wilds but it does lack that oldgen sauce of "obscure bullshit" that was super special about games from that era. from the perspective of a creative obvs you want as many people as possible to enjoy the cool thing you made but sometimes. you gotta hide it for the real freaks to find

my biggest copium mh ascendence crack theory/want is old fatalis but as a hard to reach secret fight again. and they don't tell anyone or hint towards it at all so we can get a blissful 1 week of people finding out they can fight him

yuuup. like if we can't use those to actually help in tracking then either give them a different use or just don't have them...

wilds letting the horse automatically take you to a monster you already see on the map is not remotely ideal and it's still leagues better than "follow the glowing trail and press a button sometimes before the trail decides to finally show you where the monster is!" unengaging tedious horse shit fr

learning people think mh world's tracking system is actually good is like learning people willingly eat and digest human shit. you have to be fucking kidding me

I don't want infinite personalized anything. I want arts crafted by people who aren't me. Who aren't catering to me. Who have different perspectives and ideas from me. This is the most boring proposition ever. Tech bros are boring. Harmful, hateful, and boring.

Proud to present my lifesize T. rex head, affectionately named Hannibal. I created this myself from start to finish- digital sculpture, resin 3D printing, painting, etc. Huge thanks to my friend @rj-palmer.com for instrumental crits and redlines during the sculpting process.

Life-size t rex head model from front 3/4 view. I am also in frame

The Cat noticed you

This is a work in progress of an art piece, with elements of SAI interface.
There is a woman with cat-like appearance, black hair and cat ears. She wears shiny silver glove with claws, leather jacket and pants. In the bottom right corner there is a close up of her mouth with sharp teeth and big tongue. In the middle there is two small blue panthers, made from surrealistic smoke-like matter. Around woman there is metallic shapes and ornaments, floating on alebaster background. Woman looks playful, but dangerous and mysterious.

it makes me look bad cus other people are gonna be like "oh how original" when i probably deliberated over it for weeks minimum. and then i see mfers go and pick a deer or something stupid for a character that really would be a dog just cus they trying to be different and it doesnt work

jojo 🌻 @dungeonbbq.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

i always feel conflicted when in my head i assign a character a wolf or dog fursona because everybody picks those god damn animals so i have to have an essay Ready to justify why i put another dog furry into the world
