There was a Radio 4 play in the late 80s (I think) set in Somerset (I think) with a young lad and an old countryman passing on his wisdom. A bit about crows and rooks sticks in my mind, a rook on his own must be a crook. Anyway, it's the sort of thing I suspect #PendasFen people might remember.
