Fall is coming, so lets fall back into a routine!

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 27/08/2026

Yet another game finished this year. Plague tale Innocence is a 2019 stealth darling that hits the pitfall of becoming a combat game in the last hours. Beautiful music and story though i cant wait to play the next one. 7.5/10 on the derp scale

Very much enjoying doing the video game fantasy critic league this year, and finally crossed the 100 points even with a few duds on my team

Soon will be my ultimate challenge. Beating (most) of the Destiny franchise. and this will be a Kaizo style. 2 games. 13 expansions plus 3 extra challenges

Just rolled credits on Pragmata. and it is a 8.5/10 that i love like a 9/10 Some textures that wouldn't load and the music wasn't impacting me a lot, but other then that a stellar and phenomenal game that made me tear up many times GOTY contender for sure

Thanks to an amazing friend doing a movie night i watched a 1989 classic, Dead Poet Society starring Robin Williams. Phenomenal movie. It inspired me to quickly make a poem and i dont care if it is good or bad, but Carpe Diem after all Thank you @ghoulishruru.bsky.social for the movie night

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 11/05/2026

4 comics in my deep dive into the history of Clayface, downloading a few games for more lore. I wonder do people want detailed deep dives or broad strokes?

Yall i may bee cooked… i just finished reading and making notes for the very first appearance of Clayface in Batman… and it is over 900 words covering 13 pages. Still got 20 more comics to read that span up to modern day

I commished @ghoulishruru.bsky.social for a thumbnail for an info dump infrequent podcast type thing, and here is a test example!

I learned how bullshit bra prices are and talked about it to my mom (who im close to) this was her response

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 14/04/2026

2012 is what shaped me as a kid no doubt. 13yo me was living it, even if i didnt play most of the games till later. How could i not give it to TellTale’s Walking Dead Season 1?!? I still meed to play the other seasons though lol

010

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 14/04/2026

2011 was another tossup year. Portal two was amazing but i never got to play the coop part, Madness returns was a blast, BoI is so fun but im so bad at it. It ended up having to go to Arkham City. Perfect way to send off the Joker and to better Arkham Asylum

110

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 14/04/2026

2010 was a year i struggled with chosing top spots, but ME2 had me so satisfied with how i played saving everyone it had to win. FF13 was my first FF game yet i never beat it. I did remember enjoying what i did play though. Maybe thats why Durarara is my fav anime…

100

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 14/04/2026

2009 was so good yall! But i have to give it to Arkham Asylum for the fluid combat. I didnt mind the Venomed up Joker boss fight, that was a video ass game moment! MW2 rust is always a nostalgia bait (more so the nuketown for me) and prototype was my jam for edgy hero game

100

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 14/04/2026

2008, the year of mario batman and nerdyness, but Mirrors Edge is just to iconic not to be the top dog Will say that this Tomb raider game was my intro to her, not the live action movies. And the MK vs DC was my into to the MK roster

100

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 14/04/2026

2007 had peak Halo 3 and Guitar hero 3 had me fall in love with rock music. I miss the guitar hero days. These two being next to each other is perfect since my most played DLC song for GH was the halo theme

100

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 14/04/2026

2006 was a toss up on the top two, i loved most of the wii sports modes but hated golf and boxing. MUA just had more fun and nostalgia for it

100

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 14/04/2026

2005 was peak for movie tie in games for me. Teen titans is also cheating because the console game was so so different from the GBA and i loved them both, but DAH is top tier of the year due to the humor and being my first time hearing the guy that was Invader Zim

100

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 13/04/2026

2004 was a hard year to pick. Yeah the Mario 64 DS and Pokemon Fire Red came out then but the OG games came out before i was born. I was torn for the top 2 spots though both peak childhood games for me

100

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 13/04/2026

2003 had banger games, but 1080 Avalanche was such a childhood! Racing my sister in it on the gamecube was amazing! And the soundtrack will always fill me with nostalgia even if i cant remember any of the lyrics

110

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 13/04/2026

2002… the top row fills me with so much nostalgia! But i got to give it to Sly, the other playstation franchise that i played as a kid!

110

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 13/04/2026

Jak 1 was one of the few PlayStation series i miss so badly. Loved that franchise. Ik i never got far in FF10, but it is so beautiful from what i have played so thats why it outranks the jank that is Sonic Adventure 2

110

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 13/04/2026

2000! American Mcgee Alice is such a pivotal game in who i have become, even if i played it later in life. I will never forget though playing No mercy or Excitebike 64 on the N64 in my grandparents basement lol

110

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 13/04/2026

First up is 1999 with Pokemon Silver winning. Yes i played soulsilver, but im only looking at when the OG of games came out.

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 06/04/2026

These are my top 25 games in no particular order

200

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 29/03/2026

So after an hour of playing the game i had to drop it. The only reason why im not giving it a 1/10 is cause it has charm. it has redeming factors. But oml it does not hold up This is a 1989 gameboy game that has a port on switch. and it is rough as all hell

000

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 29/03/2026

011

Dula Derp @duladerp.bsky.social · 20/03/2026

i decided i will add more and more to this ranking list as i complete games. I will also make a full ranking list at the end of the year for every game i beat this year
