1/2 So.... Sunday we went into a studio and recorded live off the floor and got all 10 songs the singer had put words to. I was in the front room, bass and drums in the middle room and singer in front room with the girl doing the recording. It was interesting to say the least. #band #recording

We got ripped off half our set because the sound guys don't know what they're doing and lots of bass and vocal tech issues. The guitar amp was just gob sounding. Pure Bullshit. No canopy for shade, hot as hell out and the stage was goddamn trailer 🤨 #badgigs #badsoundtechs

So next Saturday we're playing this festival. Kinda don't wanna. Have to say that the bassist and drummer have sucked the fun out of playing tbh. Not sure what will happen after. Quite honestly I'd like a break from them. Letcha know what happens. More to come soon. I'm quite relaxed about this.

Update: I have written a deposition and a plan to move forward with the band. About to post it to them and see if they accept it or not. If they accept it, great, we're still a band. If rejected, then that's it. Letcha know what happens. #bandproblems

1/2 Sooooo..... A HUGE argument on our band thread over gigs because the drummer HAS to bring up money and being paid and his friend's opinion on a possible gig location as word and the bassist always jumps on his wagon. So I lost it and quit. We haven't spoken since Monday. I'm about the music 🎶

1/3 Clips from our gig Saturday night at the Black Swan in Toronto. Slippery stage, dodgy electrical system and still good fun and great turnout!❤️ #theblackswan #torontomusic #supportlocalbands #torontoindie #clubgig #livemusic #torontonightlife

Ya know what's funny.... Recently started an Instagram page for my record collection and I post often enough and put up reels and I've had more interactions than the band I'm in cuz the others are too uptight about posting on the band page. And You expect to have top dollar and landmark gigs🤦🙄🤦

Fair trade imo. My trem pedal for this DIY Telecaster. Needs a bit of work on it. Gonna put a hotrails pickup in the bridge and give it the Syd Barrett mirror treatment on it after. #guitars #telecaster #diy #electricguitars

Been trying to get a hold of @bandcamp.com for a couple of weeks now because the site logged me out and I'll log in and it says that a confirmation email with link was sent to me. Never shows up! Messaged them and they are having a higher than normal volume of emails. But c'mon now. #frustrated

Trying to get a hold of someone real on #Distrokid is an utter joke. Keeps volleying between 1-3min for an agent to within 2min. That's been going on for 40min now!! Plus having to deal with an AI Bot first really sucks the experience drier. I get it they're probably busy buuuuut c'mon now.
