Hey @timeextension.com Thank you for covering #SpacePizza today on your site. We are excited as the game is getting closer to release. @garypinkett.bsky.social has been working on the level design. Hoping that @h0ffman.bsky.social will be able to work his musical magic for the game soon.

Th literature says, "monochrome, sunlight-readable, transflective Memory-in-Pixel (MIP) display". So I don't think it's e-ink exactly.

25 to 30 days is amazing. Two weeks is fine for me. Such a difference than charging daily and sometimes not making it.

I've been SO impressed with this Instinct. I imagine their solar and tactical versions are even better, but this one works for me and the price was right. Plus the 40mm fits me much better.

I had a reservation down for a new Pebble and then got a refund. I love what they're doing but I decided to just go get a non-working Pebble Steel and fix it up (which I did!). But ended up missing GPS for my runs. Hence the Garmin and it's been fantastic.

I usually don't pimp non-gaming stuff too often but should've moved on this a lot sooner. Not charging a watch for two weeks is great. I also got the E edition as it was cheaper and the others had extra features I did not need. It also came in 40mm instead of 45 and 50. I have dainty wrists. 😂

Had this watch for about a month now and it's been one of the better purchases I've made lately. Got tired of my old Pixel 2 running out of battery before the end of day. This one lasts over 10 days per charge. Does what I need (notifications, weather, etc) and nothing I don't. Garmin Instinct E.

Update: not really a rogue-like because the plan is to save character progression, but it will be all procedurally generated dungeons/caves. Collect the crystal ore for crafting weapons, spells etc between levels. Find the enemy with the key to unlock the exit. #c64 #commodore64 #8bit #pixelart

I'll have to check this out when I get on my computer later. Looks cool!

I use this little adapter to plug a keyboard into the rotate which lets me use the search field without driving me crazy.

I'm loving Pico on this device. It's the best form factor I've found.

Good luck with this! I have a little boombox similar to that in my game room. Hopefully the belt holds up a while.

Eric Nelson @duhproject.bsky.social · 04/09/2026

I fixed a Commodore Datasette once by 3D printing a belt. Is that your plan as well, or do you have a source for new belts?

Eric Nelson @duhproject.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

That's good news. I had it on my to do list but haven't gotten there yet. Ha! Good to know.

Eric Nelson @duhproject.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

I have no idea. I personally don't use the dev console. I can keep my eyes open if I read anything on that. Sorry I can't be more help.

It's the Atgames Legends Pinball Micro HD. Rolls right off the tongue. 😂 I grabbed it when it was on sale for about 250. Yes, I use it with my PC and it can project to the large playfield. With the optional VIBs board you can do the back glass too. My VIBs is on order.

My dad used to sing a song with some lyrics that said... "I married a girl who's twice the size of me. Hairs down her back like the branches on a tree". Does anyone recognise it or is it probably just something he made up or heard down the pub in the 70s?

The big magnifier is essential these days. Ten years ago @futurewas8bit.bsky.social and I were running through all sorts of mods like these whilst working on the divMMC future. Don't think either of us would be doing things like that now. From - blog.tynemouthsoftware.co.uk/2018/01/desi...
